Returning Goods

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. Refunds cannot be issued without confirmation that returned Goods were received.

Gift Purchases

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, an equivalent gift credit may be issued upon approval of the return.

If the gift was purchased by another party and shipped to them first, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
